Mónica Folch, an associate at Spears & Imes LLP, has litigation experience in many areas of the law, including securities, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and class actions. Ms. Folch has represented clients in state and federal court and in regulatory proceedings.

Ms. Folch is committed to pro bono work. Ms. Folch currently represents an eco-fashion blog in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. She previously represented a government watchdog organization in a FOIA suit seeking statistical information about the federal government's litigation practices. She has also represented foreign nationals in asylum proceedings. |
