Justin Deabler
Associate
Justin Deabler has extensive experience representing individuals and institutions in a broad range of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, intellectual property enforcement matters and litigation, securities enforcement investigations, and white collar criminal proceedings. Mr. Deabler has represented clients in federal and state courts as well as before regulatory authorities, including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Patent and Trademark Office.
Representative matters include representation of a former investment banker in a federal criminal jury trial in an Enron-related case; representation of an international electronics manufacturer in a patent infringement suit; representation of an international chemical manufacturer in a trademark infringement suit; and representation of an investment adviser in regulatory proceedings concerning mutual fund market timing.
Mr. Deabler is committed to pro bono work. He previously represented a group of national adoption agencies supporting an end to Florida's ban on adoption by gay and lesbian individuals.
